Meet  The Historian

Hello everyone!  My name is Ashley Willard and I am the 2008 -2009 Texas State Historian.  I am currently a SENIOR at Health Careers High School.   I have been a member of HOSA for nearly four years and have had the privilege of serving as a chapter officer all of those years.  In addition to HOSA, I am actively involved in many school and community activities including Student Council, National Honor Society, Interact, and Red Cross Volunteers of America.  I became involved in HOSA as a freshman because I wanted to be involved in an organization that related to my future health career aspirations.  What I love most about HOSA is the opportunities it has afforded me in reaching out and being a part of the local community and particularly serving those in need.  I hope to one day become a research pharmacist and continue my involvement in improving the community in which I live. I have had amazing opportunities as a member of HOSA and I as well as the other officers will do our best to insure that you have an incredible HOSA experience this year.
