What’s Up AREA 1! This is your AREA 1 PRESIDENT, Qasim Ghulam. Well, a little about myself... I am 17 years old, a senior at John B. Connally High School. I love playing and watching just about every sport, especially basketball. I am also very interested in health care which is the main reason I joined HOSA. I plan to gain a lot of experience from this program that will help me in the future. My favorite part about HOSA is the overnight Spring Conferences … those are always fun. In the future, I plan to go to college and then attend medical school to pursue my dream as a health-care professional. As for AREA 1 HOSA, I hope to make this year fun and very exciting. I really look forward to seeing everyone at the Fall Leadership Conference!
